Redeeming your purchased e-book is easy.

1. Go to your purchased e-books, and click the “Read Now” button underneath the book cover you want. This will open a new tab on your browser that will lead you to the selected e-book.
2. Glose.com will open. 
3. On Glose.com, you will find all the e-books you purchased through us, and you can read them anywhere, anytime.
4. Don’t forget to download the mobile application as well to read on your smartphone or tablet.

Now that your e-book is available to read on the Glose reading service, you can totally read it later—anytime, anywhere, through your Glose account. And you don’t even have to download them! The only time you need to be online is when you first download an e-book you want to read.

Then, choose the e-book you like when you are online, and make sure you download it on your app before you go offline. Once the e-book is downloaded in your app, you can read it offline, anytime, anywhere.

If you want to purchase a book, make sure you do it on our website here https://glose.com/bookstore. Everything your purchase will be downloaded to your Glose app. Make sure your e-book is fully downloaded in the app and now you can read it when you want offline!

Any book you open on your phone or tablet will stay available for offline reading in the application.

We are currently working with Amazon to make our app available on Kindle Fire, but unfortunately for now you can only access your book through www.glose.com website on this device. Can I download this e-book to read it on a device other than my computer?  For example on a tablet or smartphone?

First of all, you don’t have to download your e-books. If you want to read the e-book on your computer you can read it in your web browser (online on https://glose.com/). Also, if you have an iOS or Android phone/tablet, you can download Glose’s native app and read on this device. Any book you open on your phone or tablet will stay available for offline reading in the application.

Sure!  Two options:

1. Maybe you downloaded the Glose app before having purchased an e-book. In that case, you won’t find your e-book in the app. Make sure you purchase the e-book first, then click on “Read now.”
