I think you might have expected the e-book to be downloaded to your desktop, as a file. But with this offer, the e-book is stored in the cloud at www.glose.com. Glose is a new e-book reader that lets you read e-books on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

So the way this works is: redeem your e-book by clicking on the REDEEM button. Once that is done you follow the instructions that lead to redeeming the book and creating a Glose account.

Once that is done, that means your e-book is waiting for you in your Glose account, on your computer (through www.glose.com) or on your tablet or smartphone (through Glose apps).

So you can then read:

• On the Glose website: https://glose.com/ where you have an account
• On the Glose app here (Glose for iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/glose-social-e-book-reader/id896681871?mt=8) or here (Glose for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glose.android&hl=en)

Sure!  Two options:

1. Maybe you downloaded the Glose app before having purchased an e-book. In that case, you won’t find your e-book in the app. Make sure you purchase the e-book first, then click on “Read now.”
2. If that’s not the case, please contact Glose for support at hello@glose.com.

This offer is restricted to specific territories and we are really sorry if you were addressed with this offer and you cannot redeem it now. But you should be able to redeem your e-book from abroad. To make it up to you, Glose can certainly work something out if you do the following:

1. Go to Glose’s website https://glose.com and sign up by entering your email address, a username, and a password.
2. Once that is done, contact Glose at hello@glose.com and include your username and the name of the e-book you are redeeming. They’ll make sure to sort this out for you.

Just redeem your e-book now by clicking on the “Redeem your e-book” button and follow the instructions to complete the process. Once that is done, you can come back to that book anytime, from anywhere.

All you’ll have to do is go back to your Glose account, either by going to www.glose.com and connecting to your profile, or by downloading the Glose mobile application on your smartphone or tablet, and connecting to your profile there. In any case, your e-book will be there for you.
